Systems Specialist

Job Description: Work directly with Database Engineer to complete custom database application for a destination management company; develop new modules, implement procedures for training, develop a training manual, and ensure quality control through testing. Oversee the development and implementation of customized database by compiling and maintaining vendor/venue products; ensuring accurate data and pricing entries; and managing technology functions.

• Support and maintain company hardware and software issues for all offices by troubleshooting and resolving problems.
• Develop an understanding of destination management needs and functions and finding technology support and solutions.
• Research and collect vendor information to support product development including written descriptions and photo support.
